Do you put ice in sipping tequila?

You can, but keep it to one large cube. Room temperature is the default for sipping tequila, because cold dulls the palate and hides what the agave and oak are doing. If you prefer a cooler pour, a single large cube melts slowly and chills the tequila without watering it down.
